If you're not happy with a purchase for any reason, email us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Book purchases
If you purchase a paid book and decide it's not for you, contact us within 7 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund. You don't need to provide a reason.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe and change your mind within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund that payment in full and cancel your subscription. After 7 days, the current billing period is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
You can manage your subscription from your dashboard.
How to request a refund

- The email address you used to purchase
- The name of the book or subscription
- Approximate purchase date
We process refunds within 2 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Free books are free. No purchase, no refund needed.
